2. About Mexi2Go

Mexi2Go is a food delivery platform that connects customers with Mexican food vendors and independent delivery drivers. We facilitate the ordering, payment, and delivery process, but we do not prepare or sell food directly.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Mexi2Go. By using our service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

4. Account Registration

To place orders, register as a seller or driver, or track orders, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Prices include taxes where applicable and are listed at checkout.

  • Payments must be made via the secure payment options provided.

  • Once an order is confirmed and food preparation begins, it cannot be canceled (see Cancellation Policy).

6. Delivery Policy

Mexi2Go strives to deliver orders within the estimated time but does not guarantee delivery times due to factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, restaurant delays).

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy, which outlines situations such as order errors, missing items, or service interruptions. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days.

8. Driver and Seller Responsibilities

Registered drivers and restaurant partners agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.

  • Deliver or fulfill orders promptly and professionally.

  • Comply with local food safety and delivery regulations.

Mexi2Go reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our platform for unlawful purposes.

  • Harass or abuse drivers, vendors, or other users.

  • Post offensive or false content in reviews or feedback.

  • Attempt to hack, alter, or disrupt our services.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Mexi2Go—including logos, graphics, and software—is the property of Mexi2Go or its licensors and is protected under copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.

11. Third-Party Links

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy, or business practices of those sites.

12. Limitation of Liability

Mexi2Go is not liable for:

  • Delays or failures caused by third parties.

  • Food quality or allergies (vendors are responsible).

  • Missed deliveries due to user errors (e.g., wrong address).
